HayoMatics Exercise Classes offer an exercise regimen tailored to your pace, featuring a variety of different activities designed to burn calories, increase your energy level, enhance circulation, center yourself to pray, meditate, and connect with your body, build endurance, breathing exercises, and improve muscle flexibility. Our sessions are crafted to foster physical fitness and graceful movement, providing a manageable challenge for novices while also offering a compatible option for seasoned fitness enthusiasts. For HayoMatic Exercise classes, you would typically need equipment that supports a variety of workouts, including breathing exercises and stretch and strength training.  

 

  • Adjustable weights: For strength training and flexibility exercises 
  • Resistance Bands: To enhance stretching and strength training routines 
  • Exercise Mat: For ground exercises, stretching, breathing exercises, and flexible poses 
  • Stability Ball: For core exercises and improving balance  
  • Swimwear: light pool aerobics and water exercises 

 

These items we recommend can help you perform a wide range of exercises, from rhythmic workouts to strength training and flexibility routines, ensuring you get a full-body workout that’s both effective and enjoyable. Please note – adjust any tools or equipment to your fitness level and consult a physician if unsure about your workout regimen. 

 

  • Classes are $45 per session  
  • 2 classes are $35 per session 
  • 3 or more classes are $25 per session  
  • One-on-one personal sessions vary through consultation
