• Harassment or discrimination based on age, ancestry, citizenship, color, family or medical care leave, gender identity or expression, immigration status, marital status, medical condition, national origin, physical or mental disability, political affiliation, protected veteran or military status, race, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable local laws, regulations, and ordinances. 

We encourage everyone to contribute to a welcoming and safe environment. Please report any concerns, harassing behaviors, or suspicious or disruptive activities to venue staff, the event host or owner, or the nearest event representative. 

If you believe that any person or behavior is not in line with this Code of Conduct and Ethical Behavior contradicts the values of HayGood Enterprises LLC and its subsidiaries, we urge you to contact our Business Conduct Hotline at any time.
